The windows have arrived and are being installed. 

Progress on our construction site is clearly moving forward. The windows for the new third floor have been delivered and are currently being installed. This is once again significantly changing the building’s shell—step by step, open spaces are being transformed into enclosed rooms.

With every window that’s installed, it becomes clearer how the new spaces will look later on: brighter, more sheltered, and even closer to what’s meant to be created here. The new third floor is taking shape more and more, and Hotel Seven continues to grow toward the future.

Construction is also continuing on our future rooftop bar. Much of it is still unfinished and a work in progress, but this special spot high above the rooftops of Villach is becoming increasingly recognizable. The view toward the Mittagskogel, Dobratsch, and Gerlitzen already has us looking forward to what will eventually be built here.

For us, every milestone in construction is another important step forward. Plans become spaces, and the shell of the building takes on a sense of atmosphere—and with each passing day, the new Hotel Seven gets a little closer to completion.
