On selected Saturdays, we offer a highlight for all barbecue lovers on the Milo terrace: the "Licenced to Grill" BBQ. We heat up our grill and smoker for you and serve juicy ribs, tender steaks and other delicious grilled creations that will make your mouth water.
What makes the "Licenced to Grill" BBQ special is our show kitchen, which is equipped with a Green Egg. The Green Egg is a high-quality and versatile grill that uses ceramics and charcoal in the traditional way to achieve a unique grilling result. The dishes are prepared in front of our guests, offering them an interactive experience.
